Make noise in electronic media debates and send the message to the majority of the country that our opposing Muslim community is well. They are worried. Their alleged enemy is irritable and anxious. Based on their wrong assumption that this government is taking revenge for the oppression of the majority class by the Muslims during their rule. It is the propaganda of pious historians. During the period of Muslim Sultans, there was always brotherhood here. No oppression was done to the followers of any other religion. Worked fairly. The incident of Hazrat Aurangzeb Alamgir (may Allah have mercy on him) and Shakuntala of Banaras is well known. However, whenever the clever and vicious sectarian political lords raise an anti-Muslim issue and Muslims shout and shout about it, the majority class is very happy that now they are being properly accounted for and they get good votes. But their purpose is fulfilled only when there is a lot of noise among Muslims on these issues. Gets statements from the leaders and broadcasts them in print and electronic media. یکساں سول کوڈ *جب تک ڈرافٹ سامنے نہ آجائے یکساں سول کوڈ کے تعلق سے غیر ضروری بیانات و احتجاجات سے مسلمان پرہیز کریں۔حضرت سبحانی میاں۔درگاہ اعلیحضرت،بریلی شریف۔* مرکز اھلسنت خانقاہ رضویہ درگاہ اعلیحضرت بریلی شریف کے سربراہ، نبیرۂ اعلیحضرت،حضرت علامہ الحاج الشاہ محمد سبحان رضا خان سبحانی میاں صاحب نے UCC یعنی یکساں سول کوڈ کے سلسلہ میں آج ایک اہم پیغام جاری کرتے ہوئے فرمایا کہ اس وقت پورے ملک میں ہر جگہ یکساں سول کوڈ کے مجوزہ نفاذ کا شور سنائی دے رہا ھے۔برسراقتدار پارٹی کی طرف سے جلد ہی اس کو نافذ کرنے کا اعلان کردیا گیا ہے۔یہ اس پارٹی کا نیا اعلان نھیں۔بی۔جئے۔پی نے روز اول ہی سے اسے اپنا سیاسی ایجنڈہ قرار دیا ھے۔ سمجھنے کی بات تو یہ ہے کہ برسراقتدار پارٹی مرکز میں اپنی حکومت کا دوسرا دور پورا کررہی ہے۔اب تیسرے دور کی تیاری ہے جس کے لئے ۲۰۲۴ کے پارلیمانی انتخابات میں بھاری اکثریت کے ساتھ کامیابی حاصل کرنے کے لئے وہ کوشاں ہے۔تو دو مرتبہ بھاری اکثریت کے باوجود اس نے اس کو نافذ کیوں نھیں کیا؟اب جب کہ ۲۰۲۴ کا الیکشن قریب ہے تھی یہ راگ کیوں چھیڑا؟وجہ یہ ہے کہ اس پارٹی کو ملک و حکومت چلانے میں زبردست ناکامی ہاتھ لگی ہے۔ایسے میں آنے والے پارلیمانی انتخابات میں کامیابی کے لئے اس کے پاس عوام کے سامنے جانے کو کوئی مضبوط ترقیاتی رپورٹ کارڈ نھیں۔ چونکہ یہ پارٹی مذہبی سیاست اور ہندو مسلم منافرت کے نام پر برسراقتدار آئی ہے۔اس کو سیاست میں کامیابی ہی انہیں سب فرقہ وارانہ منافرت سے متعلق مسائل کو اشتعال انگیز انداز میں اٹھانے سے ملی ہے۔اس لئے ۲۰۲۴ میں بھی اپنے اسی مجرب اور کیمیا اثر نسخے پر عمل کرتے ہوئے اس نے یکساں سول کوڈ کے نفاذ کا بھوت بوتل سے باہر نکالا ھے تاکہ ہندوستانی مسلمانوں میں اضطراب پیدا ہو۔ایک ڈیڑھ سال تک یہ ہندوستانی مسلمان اور مسلم قائدین خوب چیخیں۔چلائیں۔اخباری بیانات جاری کریں۔جلسوں میں تقریروں کا عنوان بنائیں۔سوشل میڈیا پر تحریری و تقریری رائے پیش کریں۔الیکٹرانک میڈیا کی ڈبیٹس میں خوب شور شرابہ کریں اور ان سب سے ملک کے اکثریتی طبقہ میں یہ پیغام جائے کہ ہمارا فریق مخالف مسلم طبقہ خوب پریشان ہے۔ان کا مزعومہ دشمن ہزیمت پذیر اور بے چین ہے۔ان کے اس گمان فاسد کی بنیاد پر کہ مسلمانوں نے اپنے دور حکومت میں جو اکثریتی طبقے پر ظلم کیا تھا اس کا بدلہ یہ حکومت لے رھی ھے۔جب کہ یہ صرف فرقہ پرست مورخین کا پروپیگنڈہ ھے۔مسلم سلاطین کے دور میں یھاں ہمیشہ بھائی چارہ رہا۔کسی بھی دوسرے مذہب کے پیروکار پر کوئی ظلم نہیں کیا گیا۔جب بھی کسی غیر مذہب والے پر مسلم سلاطین کے کسی کارندے نے کوئی زیادتی کی ان سلاطین نے بروقت انصاف سے کام لیا۔حضرت اورنگ زیب عالمگیر رحمۃ اللہ علیہ اور بنارس کی شکنتلا کا واقعہ خوب مشہور ہے۔ بہر حال جب بھی چالاک و شاطر فرقہ پرست ارباب سیاست مسلم مخالف کوئی مسئلہ اٹھاتے ہیں اور اس پر مسلمان چیختے اور چلاتے ہیں تو اکثریتی طبقہ اس بات سے بہت خوش ہوتا ہے کہ اب ان کا صحیح حساب ہورہا ھے اور ان کو خوب ووٹ مل جاتے ہیں۔مگر ان کا یہ مقصد تبھی پورا ہوتا ھے کہ جب مسلمانوں میں ان مسائل پر خوب شور شرابہ ہو۔ اس لئے میری یہ اپیل ھے کہ یو سی سی یعنی یکساں سول کوڈ کا جب تک ڈرافٹ اور مسودہ سامنے نہ آئے تب تک بلا وجہ کی بیان بازی سے پرہیز کریں۔صرف قانونی کارروائی کریں۔یہ کوئی دانشمندی نہیں کہ جس کا خاکہ سامنے نہ ہو اس پر محض خیالی طور پر بیان بازی کی جائے۔ یاد رکھیں کہ یہ فرقہ پرست جب مسلم مخالف کوئی مسئلہ اٹھاتے ہیں تو ان کا مقصد اس وقت تک حاصل نھیں ہوتا کہ جب تک کہ مسلمان چیخیں اور چلائیں نھیں۔ا اسی لئے جب مسلمان خاموش رہتے ہیں تو یہ فرقہ پرست لوگ کچھ نام نہاد مسلم قائدین سے بیانات دلواتے ہیں اور انہیں پرنٹ و الیکٹرانک میڈیا پر خوب اہتمام سے نشر کراتے ہیں۔
